The meeting has been called to order at 10:07am. There is a quorum with three board members present. There is no agenda online and one isn't being shared on screen. Minutes from the last two meetings have been approved.
Amber @organizedoracle 5/22
🚨Public Comment: 1. Someone in person is speaking about a property they have been trying to purchase, I cannot hear him. The board will be voting on it today. 2. Someone else in person is asking about some properties and she just found out it was approved at the committees.
Amber @organizedoracle 6/22
3. Zoom commenter calling in about issues with a vacant lot at 1438 Canton and a rude staff person at DLBA that she has dealt with. That ends public comment.
Amber @organizedoracle 7/22
CEO Report was choppy but it sounds like something is being deferred to the finance committee. I don't remember the audio being so rough the last time I did one of these meetings!
Amber @organizedoracle 8/22
Someone sitting at the table shared that they attended a Salesforce Conference for nonprofits and felt it was a great time sharing options of AI and technology advancing. "We might be a bit behind but that was a great conference".
Amber @organizedoracle 9/22
The property mentioned in the first public comment earlier has been approved.
Amber @organizedoracle 10/22
This meeting is difficult to document without an agenda and the sound being so muffled.
Amber @organizedoracle 11/22

Amber @organizedoracle 12/22
Increasing a current agreement by $400k for E Title. Approved.
Amber @organizedoracle 13/22

Amber @organizedoracle 14/22
Maintenance and reservation services switched to omnibus agreements a few years ago and it's working well. Motioned and approved.
Amber @organizedoracle 15/22
Discussing Iron Bow which seems to be a system for voice calling and they are approving set up and ongoing costs of the system. Approved.
Amber @organizedoracle 16/22

This next one is not being shared on screen but are discussing the Churchhill Church sale to two architects that will be turned into a residence. A purchase agreement was signed pending historic approval. Approved.
Amber @organizedoracle 19/22
Ben Newman who is presenting is having tech difficulties so still not being shared on screen.. This is a parking lot that is supported by Midtown Inc on Peterborough that will benefit a nearby businesses and a future hotel. Approved.
Amber @organizedoracle 20/22
6345 Westwood? Approved. 4767 Rooms? Approved. I don't know if these addresses are correct but both were approved.
Amber @organizedoracle 21/22
I have no idea what they are discussing now, I heard the word stormwater.. it was approved to transfer whatever that conversation was to DWSD.
Amber @organizedoracle 22/22
