In this very brief meeting the Planning Commission held a public hearing for and approved six items through a consent agenda:
All applications were approved for the Calvary Church apartments. This project will create 41 new deeply affordable dwelling units at 39th St. and Chicago Ave S.
Applications were also approved for The Standard Dinkytown. This project is a new 17-story residential structure with 304 dwelling units in the Marcy Holmes neighborhood.
Rezoning and a site plan review were approved for a 6-story, non-residential development with grocery, office and commercial space at 2933 Pleasant Avenue in the Whittier neighborhood.
