Approved relevant applications and permits for three housing and shelter developments:
- An application from Project for Pride in Living to redevelop seven existing lots into five lots for single family homes at 3020 & 3024 6th St. N and 409, 415, 419, 427 & 429 31st Ave. N.
- An application for an “emergency shelter and housing project” from Agate Shelter & Housing at 2800, 2804, 2808 and 2812 27th Ave. S. This will include 22 single room occupancy units and 23 apartments.
- A variance regarding trash enclosure for RS Eden’s existing board and care home at 1011 and 1015 Portland Ave. The site previously received approval to add a withdrawal management program. The board voted against staff recommendation in granting the variance.
