Adopted amended Hennepin Avenue layout with 24/7 bus lanes. Debate over 24/7 bus lanes on day 1 vs. having dynamic lanes at first and then phasing in 24/7 bus. Part of this debate involved disagreement over council’s legal authority vs. the Department of Public Works. Received presentation & public hearing on stormwater management, especially as it relates to trash and other pollutants in Lake Hiawatha. Received & adopted report to submit to MPCA
