Next business for Reservoir rehabilitation to increase contract cost $8,900,000+! -board advised it’s a continuous process as they go thru the different reservoir…will continue to change contract as they investigate reservoirs & repairs needed. PASSED!

Next contract “ Specialized Services-Staff Augmentation Vendor: LGC Global, Inc. Status: New Contract/PO” Over $26,000,000- to contract specialized team members (ie electricians, plumbers, etc,). Only valid bidder-item D passed.
Next! Extend contract 3 months Fleet management- To cover any gaps in time from current contract to new contract (which is coming up to vote shortly).
Passed—unto the New Fleet Service maintenance contract! We got a power point!!!
Board member Brian Baker ?? Cost savings by going thru Enterprise vs Govt bids- Was advised they get rebates and maintenance is only $1 a month- they have to buy from Enterprise to get the $1 maintenance program from. They have confirmed same as state pricing-per Eric Vlaz-
Fleet management services contract is passed- next Items G- Rehabilitation of Ferric Chloride Feed system-H & I-sludge related project- All extensions of time- All passed.
Next- contract change for incinerator rehab- Need additional time - passed. Little discussion
Next contract for Sodium Hypochlorite lorite- Needs to be added per guidelines- Cost has gone up- So additional pricing- ? If other chemical companies- make product- Advised yes- pricing higher than negotiated pricing-chemical pricing has gone up considerably. PASSED
