• “Deleted from the agenda” the 3000 Minnehaha Draft Concept Plan.
• Adopted a legislative directive requesting further information on future engagement on 3000 Minnehaha, an overview of options for community-oriented development, and options for locations for elections services.
• Received a presentation on anti-displacement/eviction prevention
• Due to the meeting running long, two other items were referred to other committees for further study:
  • the concept layout for Nicollet Ave, where the K-Mart was previously located, and an update on vehicle and operating expenses analysis for rideshare drivers.
  • The Nicollet Ave layout was referred to the Climate and Infrastructure meeting on May 2, and the rideshare analysis was referred to the Business, Housing, and Zoning meeting on April 30.
