The Administration, Operations and Budget Committee authorized the issuance & sale of revenue bonds for an affordable housing preservation project at 124 Fourth Street SE, which houses seniors and people with disabilities.

The Health and Human Services Committee approved an amendment to the county’s agreement with the City of Minneapolis to extend funding for Avivo Village through the end of 2026. This is in response to the city receiving a $1 million grant.

Law, Safety and Justice Committee approved extending the county’s contract with the City of Minneapolis for testing sexual assault kits by another year and increase the county’s contribution by another $290,477.
