- Approved a public land sale of 2103 West Broadway and 2114 23rd Ave N, which NEON will develop as a food incubator and commercial kitchen.
- Approved the construction of an eight-unit townhouse development at 515 10th Ave SE, which would replace an existing fraternity house in the Marcy Holmes Neighborhood.
- Received a staff report on a new, three story Indian Health Board of Minneapolis (IHB) wellness clinic at 2027 E Franklin Ave. This project requires a minimum height variance due to it being in a Transit 20 Built Form Overlay District which requires a minimum of six stories. A majority of the commission expressed support for a comprehensive plan amendment to decrease that minimum height requirement and reach approval for this project.
